Try downloading from http://dev.joomla.org/nightly/joomla_tr ... nk_svn.zip and reinstalling.

Something is really messed up with your URLs - can you make sure it works with mod_rewrite off and with a regular .htaccess first?

No you site does not work for me. It is a server-side issue.

All my test sites are working fine. The most recent being about two days old.

I'm guessing your problem is to do with Jinx's JRoute and JRouter classes. More specifically the JRouter::build() method. I would suggest that you go and add some echos to that method to try and see what it's doing...
