I was perusing the FAQs and came across this one, which notes:
The images for a given template are generally located in this folder:
/templates/templatename/images  (where you substitute the name of the template you are using).

However, I think you may have changed the file structure.
/templates
and
/images
are in a slightly different location than the one noted in the FAQ.

nope...  looks okay to me.  There is more than one image directory by the way...  the FAQ in question refers to the template images directory, which is in the location stated.  There is another images directory, which contains site images, which is in /images.
