SEO и ћирилично писмо на сајту.

Јел има разлике у page rank-у уколико је сајт на ћирилици а не на латиници?

Такође ме интересује да ли претраживачи читају ћириличне мета тагове?
Под мета таговима сматрам Author i Description таг.
