Here is an example. Someone got one of our product and was unable to set it up. When we said, we can help them set it up, or set it up for them personally, he started asking for a refund.

We have a strict Refund Policy , where we dont offer refunds and we have that note even on the website order form.

So, we refused for refund, and said, we will help them with the extension.

He said, he will rate low for the product .

So, how do we get such black mailing clients reviews removed immediately ?

I cant see any mention of rating low (just an assumption) if the review is valid then the jed may not remove the review. it is up to you to report it when and if it appears
