Review got approved and then deleted.

My review on Yendif Video Share extension was approved and published yesterday (July 30th). Today, I noticed it had disappeared from the extension's page on JED. It is also missing from my reviews list in "My Page" section. I haven't received any notification/explanation.

Sorry, I don't understand what you are saying.
I haven't "logged in anonymously" (?), I have logged using my JED profile : 'Hegenberg'.
I even received by e-mail an approval message as follows:

Your review for the listing "Yendif Video Share" has been approved. You can view the listing at the following URL:
https://extensions.joomla.org/index.php ... k_id=27106

I haven't received any notification from JED explaning why my review was deleted after being published.

I am not aware of the specifics surrounding your review however, it may be the case that your review was reported to us after it was posted. When this happens the listing editor will again revisit the review. There are some terms of use that regulate our conduct and if your review is found to be in breach of these it could have been deleted.

If this has happen to you please have a look at: http://docs.joomla.org/Joomla!_Extension_Directory_FAQs . As long as your review does not conflict with these terms you shouldn’t have any issue with getting it posted.

Hi ralf12,

Simply put the JED system doesn’t have such a facility!

Although it’s possible to send a helpful notice to the reviewer when a review is rejected in the pending review stage, it’s not possible when a review is reported. The good news is that we have been working on a new system which is quite far on in its development. This should overcome some of the bottlenecks and allow the reviewer and the listing owner to have more communication between themselves.
