Just been submitted an extension and immediately got the following e-mail:

It seems looks like a JED bug... Our extension got "Not approved" status. Any ideas?

Well, it seems there is a serious bug with JED...
I noticed my extension was assigned to another author...
chronology:
- I submitted extension and got notification on e-mail that listing wasn't approved
- Listing was not approved
- Recently I noticed our extension is published, but assigned to another author (which profile does not exist)
- Extension cannot be found at JED new listings page.

JED was down for quite a few months for people who likes to update from within the Joomla and it came live only recently. I believe when 3.4.2 was released but I might be wrong but I stopped relying on Joomla telling me or giving me anything automatically because I have come to the conclusion that Joomla has a very long way to go before it becomes reliable again. But this just me as I tinker with Joomla sites manually to suit my needs. I also use Wordpress and Drupal and Wordpress requires the least attention of the three CMSs.

What does your extension do? I just want to know before I download it.

Our extension provides competitions and voting for photos. But you can read description of any extension before installing it.
