How do i report an extension developer for FRAUD?

Several customers have bought extensions from http://www.jvitals.com/, because even though there is a no refund policy, he states "If the issue with the extension is site related And/Or conflicts with 3rd party software, then support can be obtained for a fee".

I recently paid 95 dollars for a product (http://www.jvitals.com/extensions/extendedreg.html) that is not working, and worst the support system which i also paid for is non existent. I am FURIUS, because he should not be allowed to sell his extension via http://extensions.joomla.org/extension/extendedreg, since he can't deliver support as he otherwise claims.

THIS IS FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR, because now i am forced to buy a similar extension from an another developer who walks his talk and/or policy.

I do not think there is a "Joomla way" of reporting this user. Giving him a bad review on the extension directory should hurt him in the long run.

I would be furious too!!! I completely understand. This is why the JED team recently put together a Quality Control sub team so we can investigate extensions like this. (You can read our recent team report here: http://volunteers.joomla.org/reports/12 ... ember-2015)

If you submit a listing report, we will take action on this immediately and follow up with you on the results after the investigation is complete. Please be very detailed on what the issue was as much as you can so we know where to begin.

In the meantime, leaving the developer a bad review should be your next step so other people are aware of the issues.
