JED 500 server error

I have just tried to update a couple of my extension listings, though I tried several times the JED has been timing out with a 500 server error response.

I have not been doing anything unusual, just updating the listings to record the fact that the new versions use the Joomla updater, and uploading a new version of the extension. They are not big files, about 200k.

The rest of the JED seems to be functioning normally.

Hi,

I've just edited an extension ... but it has worked as usual.

It could have been a temporary problem. JED has been under high load (generated by spammers) and it has been dropping connections to reduce the load.

I think that your explanation is correct Anibal, I just tried again, it is working now.
