Mark Fleeson, the JED team leader asked for extra info to help you out with this. Did you gave him the info he requested? I am sure, if you did that, he reacted somehow.
BTW, do you have 2FA correctly set up? My impression is that you have something wrong on that part. No one else reported an issue related to 2FA in past couple of months, so obviously is a punctual problem.
Back to what Mark asked from you - since the Forum and the rest of Joomla sites - including JED - are running on separate platforms, we need a way to correctly identify your account in JED to see what possibly happened with that account, what is wrongly set up eventually... Raw guessing does not work here...

OK, we had couple a weeks ago another similar case, but then the user just BELIEVED that he finished the setup of 2FA, but in fact the setting wasn't done correctly/to the end, and he was able to log in just by using his username and password.
