Hello,

I would like to make for my users some kind of query form and when they submit it that query should by posted in specific section/category.

I don't know if I could explain good but I'll try.

I want to make site which would have suppliers and buyers.

Buyer enter my site and submit specific form which is being sent to all suppliers subscribed to specific category.

For example: buyer submit query for any VW car part; that query is being posted on my site and email is sent to all the suppliers that are subscribed for that category to contact potential buyer.

I need something similar to this:



I would like to have fields:

Car details:
1. Make ( drop down list of all categories named by car maker so this post could be written in that category when user select this )
2. Model ( user should write himself )
3. Body style ( drop down menu )
4. Trim ( user write himself )
5. Year ( drop down menu )

Spare part details:
1. Name
2. Quantity
3. New or used ( checkboxes )

Buyer info:
1. Name
2. Telephone number
3. Mobile number
4. Email
5. City
6. Address
7. Country
8. Post code

Is there some way to Subject of article automatically be written? Like, when buyer submit form, article subject could be generated from - Category - Model - Make - Part name?

Is there any chance to make this like article so I could make list of last request parts by Subject of article?
