I just want to know why when a person complains about a product in the Product reviews like this:
http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/e-commerce/subscriptions/7572
it is apparently ok.

But when I did almost exactly the same thing, and complained about Angry Ninjas not answering and not working etc, despite the product being a purchased product, why my review was removed.

If you focus on refund, etc. it's generally considered a commercial dispute.
However, if you focus on functionality and support, it should be okay.

Well, that was about what Joomla said, however, I didn't raise the topic of refund type of issue.
I just addressed the fact that the paid product didn't work, and the sellers (AngryNinjas) didn't answer a single one of my attempts at contacting them.
The issue was that it stopped IE buttons for logging in, but not in FF etc.

So my problem was technical and not a refund styled issue, as I never (!) really expect refunds.
I was basically just saying close to the same stuff as MANY others.

Since this was not the first time, of course I am getting rather paranoid, thinking that Joomla just automatically throws out my complaints.
I am one of the few that actually does both buy products and donates all over the place. But I like that the sellers at least seem to try.

Anyway, thanks for your answer (!), which implies there is no automated function to chuck out my complaints, and ONLY take in my stuff when I say positive stuff.

I looked up our logs and I believe I found your review. It was placed quite a while ago (May of this year?) and I didn't see any reason for its removal so I'm not sure what happened. Your review looked okay to me. If you want, you are more than welcome to submit it again.

Thanks!
Yes, it was quite a while back, and I have occassionally been trying to figure out what was wrong with it, especially since others say roughly the same stuff.
But of course, I don't have that original post, is it possible for you to send it over to me, so I can post it again?
Or if you could publish it for me?
