i can't download plugin Make me accessible

I tried to download this plugin at

but the download link seems to be broken.
i really need this functionality.
can anyone point me where to download it or suggest a similar extension?

if it fails for you, find something similar then or contact the developer direct telling them how much "you need it" and "can it to work"
