Hi J! team !

Can you please RE send the activation link corresponding to username "codamigo". Our email was not available at the time of account registration and we never received the activation link.
Now our email is back to normal.

Hi,

there is no user with this username on the system. But please keep in mind that only one username per person is allowed. Please read the forum rules for details.

Actually, I had to make a user for our company 'codamigo' (mine is totaly separate). The account has indeed been initialized but the link couldn't be received by us in due time because of a problem with our email.
I undertand that the user account does not exist, but I can't create a new account as the registration screen tells me that the EMAIL is already taken....what can I do ?

Thank you Oofick and sorry the inconvenience. :)

@JED team members.

Here's quick summary of events:

I created an account with username: codamigo and email: [email protected]
I could not receive the activation link due to a server pb.
I tried to register again with same username and email and I got these messages:
- The Username is already in use.
- This email is already in use.
I tried to logg in with same username and password and I got this message:
Login denied! Your account has either been blocked or you have not activated it yet. Did you not get an activation e-mail and follow the validation link?
We desperately need to create this account as we're going to upload a new extension.
