Slow support

Hello,

Our extension has got a general error, so I submitted a support ticket on March 17, until now there is no response and the ticket is assigned to nobody. I also sent email to JED Team to ask about this problem but got no reply.

I wonder why the support is so slow.

If the extension is yours why don't you just upload the correct one.
