We submitted our module(extension) in April.

During its pending time, we corrected the errors reported for 3 times and then resubmit it. And the latest correction was in the end of May. But when I went to joomla site to view the status, I found there is no extension in my page. Neither in pending nor approved. What's the matter?

Then I went to resubmit our extension. After I completed all the forms and click the Submit button, it turned out to be Invalid Token. Can anyone help me deal with this? And how can I connect the support team of Joomla?

Thanks very much.

Hi Shelly
After three reviews of a submission by an editor or after 60 days with errors remaining, a listing is completely rejected an you have to resubmit. If you received an Invalid Token error, it typically means that your session died - the session lifetime is set pretty high, so make sure to complete the submission page in one sitting and it shouldn't give you issues.

As to contacting the team for support, on your initial submission you received an email that details the support process for listings and submissions. We only handle listing support through the Ticket Support on the site. There is a link on the left menu for "Listing Support".
