Hi Guys
Not sure if this is an isolated issue that only I faced. But does anyone think it would be good to have a field to enter comments from the author when submitting an extension with the errors corrected?

In my case, it is an update/instruction in a specific support ticket. But I am wondering whether anyone else would need to say things like "Please see this URL" or something like that.
