Error when I try to update my component informations

When I try to update my component (ContactMap) informations, I have the error :

Error loading Modules:MySQL server has gone away SQL=SELECT m.*, am.params as adv_params FROM jos_modules as m LEFT JOIN jos_advancedmodules as am ON am.moduleid = m.id WHERE m.published = 1 AND m.access <= 1 AND m.client_id = 0 ORDER BY m.ordering, m.id

Database shut down? Maybe the service went down or rebooted, check it's up and running?

If you're on shared hosting than that's strange....if your on dedicated or vps than something may have went wrong?

You need apache and mysql services running!

This error is when I try to update the informations of my components in JED.

I log, Edit one of my coponents, change some informations, and when I click on submit : I have this message error !

I'm very surprise !!!

8 days after, I had a bad response and the ticket closed !!!

My problem is on all computer and all browser.

I can update my new component, but I can't update my old xomponents on my JED.
The ID of my old components are 9975 and 12295.

For example, I can selecte "Joomla 2.5" for the component 12295.

It's very important for me to update this informations.

Please, can anyone help me ?
