7 Weeks Without a Clear Explanation from JED Staff

Hello JED Staf,

First of all I apologize I was forced to send this petition through this forum in the hope I get a wise guide and explanation.

This is about my listing Featured [youtube] Slider.

This listing has been unpublished since early september.
I've send 1st ticket on 08/09/2014, i got a reply but there is no Clear Explanation.

The Staff just said "Download links cannot point to a list of extension"

I have made sure several times, the link I use is correct and there is no problem since 08/09/2014 until this time

But until 7 weeks, i never got my listing re-published and there is no more respond and clear explanation from JED Staff.

and I was confused, is there really problem with my listing or .... I do not know.

Thanks for your attention and respond

My 1st Ticket number is 2344159967 (create on 08/09/2014, 23:32)
, i get one respond on Wed 10th Sep 2014, 11:12, then i'm not sure .... the ticket Closed on 18/9/2014 12:00. But until 06/10/2014, there is no any respond and action....

So i send the 2nd ticket number is 9344861781 (create on 06/10/2014, 19:28), i get one respond on Wed 22nd Oct 2014, 01:15. but.....

As i said before
................

Hi Techiherrald,

Looks like there were multiple volunteers rechecking your listing, which is why your responses varied.

Now that I'm checking your listing, it looks like it was accidentally approved. It's exactly what we stated, "Listings cannot point to list of extensions".

This means, when your download link is clicked, the only extension that should be mentioned on that page should be the extension that you clicked on initially.

At the moment, when I click your download link, I see a list of all your extensions on your page, which would mean this listing should be unpublished right away, but I'm feeling too nice at this moment and tired to do so. =P

I'm not understanding what YOU are not understanding. Can you please clarify this so I can help others better understand, if this is an issue of communication?
