i am not able to add my new extension...

i am not able to add my new extension... when i am trying to add i am getting error "You are not allowed to add an extension You have unpublished extensions" i have also updated my extensions that are unpublished by admin but nothing is happening... after 2 week they are still same not published yet....please help me...

user is super account? clear cache joomla? check folder extension exist in your web folder?

i am not talking for my own joomla website... i am getting this error "You are not allowed to add an extension You have unpublished extensions" on submitting net extension on http://extensions.joomla.org
