I reported an (stolen) extension on 10th Aug 2015 but the ticket remain unanswered till today.

I would also like to mention that the same extension was earlier removed from JED few weeks back when I submitted a detailed comparison report with the original extension. It was kind of shocking when I found it again listed on JED with the same name (but with a different extension id).

Can anyone please clarify how this issue can be resolved?

According to our documentation, it can take up to 14 days to review a support ticket and your ticket has been resolved.

Also, we have taken your matter seriously and we unpublished the user the first time. However, he submitted a copy of your listing again. We have unpublished it again and gave the developer a warning.

Upcoming consequences will be a long term ban from his IP address, so this matter has been in the works with the JED team and not ignored.

History repeated once again. Another one is here. This time they have copied multiple numbers of our extensions (also from few others) and even copied our site's design and editorial contents. I also found that they have copied the description of one our JED listing.

I just created a support ticket. Please take a look. These guys are extremely harmful to Joomla community. We must stick together and fight them out.

I searched through the documentation, but couldn't find something about tickets. Where am I able to read the documentation for tickets? Please state a link for me.
