question about extension rating/scoring

hallo,

i have a question about extension rating/scoring.
there is an extension with 1 review and the user's rating

• Functionality: 100%
  Ease of use: 100%
  Support: 100%
  Documentation: 100%
  Because of the scoring rules it has an overall score 73%

there is another extension with also 1 review and the user's rating

• Functionality: 100%
  Ease of use: 100%
  Support: 100%
  Documentation: 100%

As you can see the user also rated 100% to each subitem, but on the right-hand side there is "Not rated" and so the overall score is 0%

Why "Not rated", while the user has rated 100% as the 100-icons show on the left-hand side?
I don't understand this - can you explain, please? This is very confusing to me

Hi Zomtec,

The current review rating system has a bug in it and doesn't function appropriately.

We are doing a complete overhaul on the rating system and hopefully every developer will benefit this, if not, most.

Keep up to date with our Jira issue tracker and our JED team meeting reports on the Volunteer Portal to keep up to date.
