Is the Ticket System broken?
I am wondering, because 14 days ago I submitted a ticket to Current Listing Support and nothing happens.
What's up with the team and the crowd of volunteers? Holidays?
Please wake up and handle the tickets

If I understand that correctly, unsolved 'contract issues' are the main issue for quite a while already.

okay, but i don't understand the relation between a contract and replying tickets

This is out of the question!
Can you imagine, that it is hard to remember, what issue was asked via ticket?
JED Team Manager and JED Listing Team Manager are very welcome to explain, why my ticket duration is over 14 days!!!

When will my ticket be answered?
23 days are much more than the purposed max 14 days idle time!

Just curious, because recently I had noticed a few developers who submitted tickets that they were looking for replies at the wrong place. Did you click on your 'Profile' after login, which is where you should see responses to tickets?zomtec wrote: When will my ticket be answered?

after entering the link http://extensions.joomla.org/ and login I go to "profile" and enter the TAB "tickets", where I can see the complete list of all my tickets, but one of these tickets still has the status "new" for 23 days now.

Sorry for the delay. We understand your frustration.
The ticket system is not broken. Simply, we are coping with a high load and we need more volunteers to address the open tickets.
Every month we publish our work and reports include our numbers. Today, we are publishing a new report and planning a general call for volunteers.
