How to get my Joomla infected

Post by suprpp » Fri Nov 14, 2014 9:44 am

I'm trying to test various security plugins I developed for my webhosting since I've had a lot of trouble with Joomla security in the past.

In order to do that I need to bring attackers to my old Joomla 1.10 installation I've setup. I'm 1 month in running totally unsecured and nothing has happened yet :)

So: How do I bring attackers and viruses to my website?

The site is indexed in Google, so no worries there.

Cheers,
Stephen

Well you could always post on some sort of bug bounty website.

Thanks for the idea!

What are these bug bounty websites, where can I find them?

hackerone.com and bugcrowd.com should let you create a free account to have people find bugs.
