Index pages Hacked

Hello everyone,

Its my first post here, and the reason is because my site gets hacked all the time. i upgraded from mambo to joomla 1.0.14 but it still has the same problem. my index pages gets hacked with some garbage links at the end of the page. so i moved my site folder to another location and now when i access my website i dont see the main news section and the right column. its http://www.afghanan.net

do you guys have any idea what could go wrong with my site?
