print button hacked

We are having an issue

someone has hacked our Joomla 1.0.11 site and when you press the print button, we get a popup with [* spam *] messages on it

Can someone tell me how to fix this issue please

We can't upgrade to Joomla 1.5 so I need to know how to fix in this version

we are on joomla 1.0.11 and we are not in a position to upgrade it as it has had special links etc put on to link with a database as well

But now we have had a hack on the print button and I need to know how to fix that please

i dont see how upgrading the core files will alter the content that you put into the site. run the forum post security tool from http://docs.joomla.org/Security_Checklist_7 and paste the results here

The last or latest version of the 1.0.xx versions is 1.0.15 and no harm should come of anything by replacing the core files of your 1.0.11 version with the 1.0.15 version.

The issue is that the 1.0.xx versions are no longer listed for download. PM me for additional information on this.
