Update la Joomla 3.3.6. mi-a stricat tot

Buna,

Am avut joomla 2.5.27. Astazi am incercat sa fac update la 3.3.6 folosind extension manager Joomla_3.3.6-Stable-Update_Package.zip si mi-a stricat complet atat situl cat si interfata de administrator, nu mai merge nimic. Cand incerc sa intru pe interfata de administrator imi zice:

This error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying.

As putea sa mai fac ceva sa imi recuperez situl?
