Setting up your workstation - Version Updates

I have been using the wiki document Setting up your workstation for Joomla! development and have added some additional information which I hope will assist other users (mainly around the 64bit incompatibilities with the Linux notes).

The notes refer to older versions of xampp and xdebug, and, while there doesn't seem to be any change in the way these newer versions are installed, I have updated the documentation to refer to the latest versions. However, I have only made changes to Linux references as this is the only platform I have tested this documentation against.

Versions updated:

xampp-linux-1.7.3a.tar.gz change to xampp-linux-1.7.7.tar.gz
xampp-linux-devel-1.7.2.tar.gz change to xampp-linux-devel-1.7.7.tar.gz
xdebug 2.0.5 = xdebug 2.1.3

I thought I would post my changes here in case anyone can test and update the Windows and MacOS notes (although as I noted above, there doesn't seem to be any changes to the installation process).
