clarification to definition of elements in .xml install files

Hi - I was having problems understanding the attributes available for the element in setup .xml files, and posted a tip as at:

Just wondering if this would be worth including in the documentation at:

around this section:

The section is used to add functionality to the Administrator part of Joomla. The section is used to specify the name of the menu for maintaining the Component, it will appear under the Components menu. If your Component needs it, you can have sub menus; use the section to add sub menus. The section of a sub menu has an additional "act" attribute, which is passed to your component. The "act" attribute is required for sub menus and can be retrieved using the mosGetParam function.
