Banners documentation

While responding to what first appeared to be a bug with the banners module, I believe the solution was not exactly intuitive and ought to be documented. Would appreciate some feedback on the best way to help out and add it.

Quick overview of the "problem":
Occurs for installations that HAVE included the sample data.
If a new client or new category is created in the banners component, it initially appears that you are unable to display the banner. Confusion arises in that a particular client and category have been assigned to the positions where sample banners are shown, rather than letting the banners display randomly from all clients and/or categories.

The solution is that the Module Parameters must also be adjusted in the Module Manager so that the new client or new category is selected to display in the relevant position. This is not the sort of thing that new users will guess at quickly.

From the Doc Campers start page, it looks like this information would be best added to the Administration FAQs. Would that be correct?
