Research about CMS Joomla

I proposed to conduct a research about content management system.
I choose Joomla as my subject research
nowadays, JOOMLA has become the best CMS i ever knew
I need full support in terms of information about CMS from joomla members and teams
in order to complete this research , i need enough information about JOOMLA
In short time, i will present my online questionnaire through this forum, and hope to get as much feedback as needed.

There are some problem :

1) I confused right now, because i dont know how to define the scope of my research project
