'Extension' article in the sample data has a broken link

The sample data installed with Joomla has a broken link in the Key concepts info about Extensions.
A useful guide to the Extension site can be found at:
http://extensions.joomla.org/content/view/15/63/
The link returns 404.

can you submit that to the bug tracker?
