Hello,
I cannot access Documentation(
http://docs.joomla.org/), trying to open this URL I receive HTTP authentication window. Forum credentials doesn't work.

Me neither - I want to get the documentation on how to upgrade my installation, but whatever I do it asks for authentication and my various account names do not seem to work.
Would be grateful for help here.

Do you mean Joomla migration or some postinstall upgrade of a certain component?

I have Joomla 1.5.7 installed on a hosting site and I need to upgrade it to 1.5.23 for security - I think I have downloaded the correct patch file, but I am reluctant to do anything with it without documentation - which is what I cannot access. Glad to see it is not just me!

The site was down for a scheduled maintenance period during which time the wiki software was upgraded. Thank you for being patient.

Does this only happen everytime there is a maintenance? I cant access this as well, but with a white blank screen instead..
Edit: Nevermind, turned out to be a problem with firefox. IE worked just fine for me.

The docs site and the docs pages work just fine in Firefox. I suggest you clear your cache and check your Firefox install if you continue to have trouble with access to the site through Firefox..
There is a possibility due to the time you attempted access to the docs site that there was a short period of maintenance being performed or a server backup was in the process of backing up the database and site.
