Title rendering anomaly in /en

Compare these URLs:

They all contain the Portal namespace followed by the title as follows:

Joomla 4
Portal:Joomla 4
Joomla 4

It is the same for all namespaces. Including the namespace in the title in the en version is a problem where a Chunk4x document is used as a whole document by the Help server.

I think this is a translation bug. I am not sure where to report it.
