Remove Needs Tags from Archived Articles in the Documentation Wiki

The documentation Wiki has an array of needs tags. They are attached to articles that need some improvement. Volunteers are invited to contribute to the modification of the text.

There exists a group of such articles, though, that taunt me! I am writing of the archived articles from which the needs tags were not removed before being reclassified as out of date or no longer relevant.

It is not possible (for me) to edit such archived articles nor it is even necessary yet they still appear in the needs listing. There exists a few dozen such untouchable articles. There are three such villains in the Needs technical review section, for example.

I propose that someone or some bot with sufficient privileges or permissions excise the needs tags from such archived Wiki articles.
