Looking for a module where visitors can create designs

Hi - Just wandering if their was a module where people can create their own designs. I am creating a website for a sign shop who do everything from vehicle signange, t-shirt printing, mug printing etc etc...and they would like the user of the website to be able to create their own design for any of the above and more - abit like www.vistaprint.co.uk or http://www.myshowplates.com/ . Anyone got any idea if their is something like this around? I doubt it very much! However, anyone experienced enough to earn some money and build this for me?
