I uploaded all the files, and I get the message on the homepage "Fatal error: Call to undefined function: jimport() in /home/splendid/public_html/joomla/includes/application.php on line 17" and on the installation page I ger"pat-Error Could not load templates from page.html."
Any ideas..I really need a solution
Thanks

Looks like you have an incomplete package there...did you install the nightly build, or an SVN?

Please also note that Joomla 1.5 beta1, nightlies and SVN version are only meant for testing purposes only. If you want a production site, I suggest you go for Joomla! 1.0.12 stable.

I installed the nightly build, but for some reason when i download svn was in the title (not sure which one it is?) It is purely for testing purposes-don't worry!

libraries\loader.php

If you upload file by file via ftp do check your log to ensure there are no failed files. Clients like LeechFTP let you easily retry failed files. Works for me every time
