Hello there

I am new to joomla plugin development.
I have to build a plugin that will check for payment subscription of the user and we can access some modules if the user is subscribed otherwise not.

If anybody can help.

Are you sure you have to develop an extension for this?

There are already a lot of subscription extension packages. The good ones already include the configuration options for making content, modules, menus, etc. visible based on subsciption status.
