I am developing a website in which i want to make a link throught this user could upload his/her resume/cv. And after uploading admin could see that file from admin panel.

Is there any component is available for doing this,
If not then please let me know how to implement such funtionlity.

Actually this comes with the jobsite functionality, thats why I am not using

I want to create aform through that i could submit resume . and could manage it from admin panel , it should be linked with user profile.

then you need to develop your own component for this specific functionality.
