css-x-fire doesnt detect incoming changes on firebug

Hi!
I downloaded firebug and also css-x-fire plugin in order to be able to save my changes that I make on my joomla localhost with firebug, but the problem is that my css-x-fire doesnt detect incoming changes i make on firebug, is there anyway to do it "manually?"
I was using IntelliJ family IDE ->RubyMine to install the plugin because it was required?
I am really new with this and have no idea how to make it start working properly.
