If I have a table in db that has a primary key that is named reg_nr, a new row is not inserted.

If I have an id column that is a primary key, a new row is inserted.

Any idea why?

You can name primary key as you want.
Try adding a row in 1st table in phpMyAdmin, if it works the issue is not in the database.
Maybe your table controller is sill using 'id' to construct table class.
