Hi all,

As the year 2008 is slowly but surely getting closer for us we would like to ask you for suggestions on Expos and Conferences in your region.

We are looking for events which support Open Source projects e.g. with a free booth on the site or special speaker slots. In general we can support the events with informing our community, sending high profile Joomla! team members (might be core or working group members, depends on the region) and of course people presenting the project during the event.

If you have a suggestion of an event please answer here in this thread. Explain to us why you suggest this event, e.g. because you visited it this year and you had a good experience. If you can please also let us know a contact or web site and we will then get in touch with you.

Thanks for your suggestions

Alex

Sounds like fun - we will need some support from the local community in Spain for the booth.

I'm going to check with the team if we find someone for a presentation. If we get a presentation slot think it would be worth considering.
