You don't need any if you can type Macedonian Cyrillic on your keyboard.
Joomla 1.5 is full utf8.

Dear infograf768!
I appreciate your advice a lot because I admire and appreciate Masters of any science!
Sir, I have installed Joomla 1.5 but I prefer Joomla1.0.15, that's the version that Iam using right now!
Joomla 1.o.15 is far more easier for me, that's way I prefer!
Regarding Macedonian Cyrillic, I can't type on my keyboard(like MS Word, without Macedonian Cyrillic font within, I can't type!
Any idea?
Best regards,
Gokan

You have to install on your PC a Cyrillic keyboard.

Moving this to Joomla 1.0 forums.

Sir,
I have installed it(for example, I am using Macedonian Cyrillic in MS Word, excel etc.) so that's not the problem!
What exactly should I do?
Best regards,
Gokan

Therefore the problem could be with Joomla 1.0.15.
As it is not utf8 native, your language file as well as the templates have to use a specific ISO encoding (or UTF8).
Also some changes may have to be done in core files.
I really suggest you move to 1.5.15. We do not support 1.0.15 anymore.
