Translating language file into Chinese in 1.0.15 UTF-8

I am installing a Chinese website using Joomla 1.0.15 UTF-8 Version(Pre-installed) + Components.
In the picture examples, I am using Ez-Realty and Community Builder, all Chinese chars are showing correctly. The only problem is after I modified language file in both components, the position of the chars seems shifting a little bit. I am not sure how to fix this issue.

Please help me with this, thanks
