arabic Rss doesn't work

Hi,
This is my site.

Everything is working fine, the encoding is set to utf8_general, which supports arabic font.
the only problem now is with Rss feeds, no matter what i do this thing don't work.
here is the like

the arabic font should appear in arabic. but it appears in strange letters.
this is a major problem. and i can't understand what is wrong. now I'm thinking i have to change to wordpress or drupal to got this thing solved. maybe there is no solution for this joomla problem.

Joomla 1.0.x is not good at displaying utf8.
WE do not support any more this older version since last year.

No need to go to Drupal or else, your problem would be solved at once if you migrate to Joomla 1.5.15

I think i will start reading about upgrading to 1.5 now.
can you recommend any thing to help me?
