Sorry i specify your name in my post

I was not able to try your solution in my problem in my last post... But i will test it..
Bec i encounter again another problem....
I want only the superadministrator can access this page see attached file.
because there is a lot item in this page all i want to administrator when they want to add a menu they have to create a content first then link it to the menu..
i hope you guys understand my point....


See attached file..you can see it when you are in menu manager and click the new button..

Let me get this straight. Is it permission that you are seeking to let only Super Admin access the new menu item?
or
You just want the admin (manager, admin super admin) NOT create a menu button unless he/she creates a content first.

Sorry, but I was confused. In both cases I guess Dr. Drsh is better than me in such things BUT if you further explain, I may have an answer

i want ONLY SUPER ADMINISTRATOR can access this page..
so the administrator and manager should create a content first before they can make a content...

I have no idea but it should be by hacking the core files. I think you need to know what is the file responsible for showing the menu items according to the Admin level. This will solve the first part.

To solve the other problem you need to know where the the menu adding is showing or like above where to show menus and when it comes to the Add New button, you set an If statement to check if the user is NOT a Super Admen then another If to see if the admin has a content before.

It is more complicated than I thought. You still need to check with Dr. Drsh. He is much knowledgeable then me in this issue. After all he wrote, and still writing, a component. So, he pritty much knows what you need.
