كلما أحاول أن أحفظ شيء أو تعديل شيء بلوحة التحكم تظهر لي هذة الرسالة:

مع العلم أني مركب النسخة تمام التمام وبدون مشاكل ومركبها على السيرفير الشخصي
مواصفات السيرفير الشخصي:
MYsql version 3.23.39
PHP 4.0
ولكن لا أعتقد أن المشكلة لها علاقة مع هذة النسخة ممكن أن تكون هنالك مشاكل جانبية وأخرى ولكن أنا قرأت بالمنتدى بالغة الانجليزية العديد يواجهة هذة المشكلة ويبدو أن هنالك شيء غامض!!!
وهنالك أمر أخر وهو وجود هذة الرسالة بلوحة التحكم:
