Joomla! Discussion Forums

This seems to me to be a recurrent problem  for me. I try to download the latest version or patch from Joomla and all I get is a "forbidden" page. Is there something wrong with this site or am I doing something wrong?

I just downloaded the Full Package as well as the 1.0.5_to_1.0.7 Patch Package from the Forge without a hitch.
From which site are you trying to download? Did you try

Are you located behind a firewall?
And from whom did you get this forbidden message? Your browser? Some website?
