URL converting

I would like to convert all my links from:
/component/option,com_docman/Itemid,27/

to:
/index.php?option=com_docman&Itemid=27

How do i do that ?

i'm not sure that is actually very possible...

there are SEF components to make it look much better, such as:

/downloads/27

or something like that...
i recommend OpenSEF, http://www.open-sef.org

I think that its a htaccess change or something like that..

sites doing that:
http://clantools.titoly.de/
http://www.razerblueprints.net/

in my site both of them does work but i would like to make this the default one:
http://www.viagraclan.net/index.php?opt ... &Itemid=27
http://www.viagraclan.net/component/opt ... Itemid,27/

If I read you right you want turn OFF search engine freindly urls.
Go into global configuration and look for the SEO tab.
Set Search Engine Friendly URLs: to 'No'
