Problem with hebrew language

I am really looking for help regarding hebrew language. I am developing a website based on hebrew language. I do not know hebrew. But I have already devloped the site. I have installed hebrew in joomla 1.0.12. In admin panel I can see all contents in good format. But when I am viewing the site the contents are not showing in proper manner. Please any one can help why this is happening? I am really looking for a solution.
