need language file of folder

Hoping someone can help me as I'm getting pretty desparate here!

My website (http://www.windsortennis.co.uk) displays 'The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression', which results in the site not opening.

When I log into the admin section I get the following:
Warning: include_once(/home/nas03l/w/windsortennis.co.uk/user/htdocs/language/english.php) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/nas03l/w/windsortennis.co.uk/user/htdocs/administrator/index2.php on line 32

which leads me to believe that my installation has been corrupted after I changed a couple of pages two nights ago. Upon investigation the 'langauage' folder referred to in the above doesn't exist

So, does anyone know how I can fix this?

Or, am I barking up the wrong tree?

ANY thoughts much appreciated!

Joomla! 1.0 is no-longer supported

Re-upload the missing directories from the original distribution, or a backup or from the old (unsupported SVN) http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/joomla ... eases/1.0/

must look to upgrade to 1.5...
